Arnaud Dupuy is an Assistant
Professor of Economics at Maastricht University and Senior Researcher at the
Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market, Maastricht University. He studied econometrics and applied economics in Grenoble, France and received
his PhD from Maastricht University in 2004. In spring 2001, he was a Marie Curie Fellow at the Centre for Labour market and Social Research, University of Aarhus.
In spring 2009, he was a visiting fellow at the department of economics at YALE University. He is a research fellow at IZA and METEOR. Since January
2007, he organises the Applied Economics/ROA seminars at Maastricht University.
His research focuses on assignment and hedonic models of the labor market, rising wage inequality, elasticity of substitution between factors of
production, micro foundations of aggregate production functions and gender (family) gap
in pay and performance. His work has been published in Applied Economics, Economics Letters, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Journal of Income Distribution, Journal of Macroeconomics and
B.E. Journals in Macroeconomics.
