Eric Bonsang is post-doctoral researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Liège (2008), a MSc from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2003), and a BA from University of Liège (2001). He was research assistant at the CREPP, University of Liège, from 2001 to 2008, and teaching assistant from 2003 to 2008. His current research interests focus on different topics related to the economics of ageing, health economics, and family economics. It includes the effect of retirement on cognitive skills and well-being, and the relationship between informal and formal care use among older individuals.
