Arjan Non is post-doctoral researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). He studied economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He holds a PhD in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2011). His PhD thesis focuses on reciprocity and financial incentives. His main research interest lies in employee behaviour in the workplace: incentives, both monetary and non-monetary, heterogeneity in preferences, and sorting mechanisms. His research is both empirical and theoretical.
